Someone recently suggested I give some breakfast ideas, SO… here’s a real good way to start your day.

Today our green smoothie consisted of:

  • 1/2 Quart Purified Water
  • 12 Medium Sized Bananas
  • 1 Head Red Leaf Lettuce
  • 1 Handful Of Mixed Greens
