Is Earthing something that can benefit anyone practicing it? What if you don’t feel any changes as a result of Earthing yourself? The answers to these questions and more can be found in this article.

A patent has even been filed describing Earthing as a method of treating inflammation and autoimmune disease. Knowing this much, you can be sure there’s something going on when a person grounds themselves.
When you physically ground yourself (Earth yourself) beneficial physiological changes are set in motion; And everyone who grounds themselves experiences these changes.
So the simple answer to the question, Can everyone benefit from Earthing?, is yes. No matter who you are, when you get in contact with the Earth, your physiology will change; and those changes are good for you.

Think of Earthing as our natural state. Before we started wearing rubber soled shoes and living in insulated homes, we were grounded most of the time.
“But what about me?,” You’re wondering. “I have been sleeping on a Earthing sheet and I’m not feeling any different than I was before.”
If you’ve been sleeping on an grounded Earthing sheet and you’re not feeling any different, the first thing you’ll want to do is check the outlet your sheet is plugged into to make sure it’s grounded.
You can do that with the outlet checker you received with your Earthing product; or purchase one at your local hardware store if you don’t have one.
As long as you’ve followed the proper care instructions for your Earthing sheet, it should be working fine.
Once you know your outlet is properly grounded and your Earthing sheet is plugged in to it; and you’ve followed the care instructions, we can better answer the question about why Earthing doesn’t seem to be working for you.
The simple answer here is, some people don’t notice any changes as a result of Earthing themselves. If you are one of those people, you’re still getting the benefits, but you can’t feel them.
Something you might consider is sleeping ungrounded for a week or so. The reason I suggest this is, you may be feeling better as a result of Earthing, but the changes have came on slowly and you haven’t noticed them.
Sleeping ungrounded for a week should be enough time to notice what it feels like to sleep ungrounded again. For myself and my family, we’ve noticed a big difference when we have not slept grounded.
Now we always bring one of our Earthing sheets with us on trips away from home, because we feel so much better when we’re sleeping on one.
For some people that’s the key. They have to be disconnected from the Earth for a little while to realize they were benefiting from Earthing, but didn’t realize it because the changes came on subtly.
Another thing you might consider is asking someone to rate how much color your face has on a scale of 1-10 before you stop Earthing for a week; and then ask them again at the end of the week before sleeping grounded again.
One of the benefits of Earthing is increased blood flow. This can result in more color in your face; and sometimes people notice this about you when you’ve been Earthing for awhile.
