How To Get A Flat Stomach Mindset

Here’s a follow up to how to get a flat stomach.  In the first video at the beginning of the month we shared some fat loss tips with you.  Do you remember the biggest fat loss tip?

Get a good night’s sleep.  8-10 hours of sleep, a few nights in a row will make a huge difference in how your body looks and feels.  It will help you to regenerate and burn more fat.  Remember?  More muscle mass equals more fat burning power.  After exercise complete recovery means a good rest.  Getting a flat stomach is tied in with a handful of simple habits.

Don’t forget to watch the how to get a flat stomach exercise video on this page.  The main thing were going to go over right now is mindset.  Have you ever thought and thought about something and dreaded doing it; only to find when you did it, it wasn’t as tough as you thought?

In addition to it not being as tough as you thought, you felt so much lighter to have it off of your mind, right?  I know because I experience that too.  That’s why we have to have the right mindset to get a flat stomach or do anything else.  So how do you get into the right mindset?

It’s pretty easy if you do this one thing.  Make a commitment to yourself and keep it.  The good thing is, it doesn’t have to be a big commitment.  In fact, you should only make a commitment to yourself that you’re going to keep, no matter what.

Whether it’s your desire to get a flat stomach, drop a few pounds or get into the best shape of your life, it all starts with your simple commitment.  I recommend you watch the How To Get A Flat Stomach Exercise video on this page and do that exercise three times this week.

Don’t feel you have to do it fast or perfectly.  Just do it the best you can and finish it.  Modify it however you need to to finish it.  You’ll see in the video that you can’t even let your kids be an excuse not to do it, if you have kids.  If you don’t want to do this exercise, pick any one habit and do it this week.

Once you do it, you’ll feel lighter and it will be easy for you to continue it, or even add something else in.  Have you ever heard of Anthony Robbins?  I bet you have.  Something I learned from him is, there are 2 things you absolutely need.  “You need to give and you need to grow; To give you’ve got to grow!”

This is all part of the mindset you need to do anything in your life.  If you want to get a flat stomach, it might help you, if you decide to do it so you can show someone else how to do it.  Everybody needs a little motivation now and then.  There’s nothing that will motivate your friends to get in shape more than getting into better shape yourself.

To get a flat stomach, you don’t have to follow any particular diet or exercise plan.  Pick something and commit to doing it.  You’ll develop your own style of exercise if you just start to do something regularly.  It’s kind of like the Karate Kid doing simple movements he didn’t like, until he got the purpose.

Create your own Kung fu.  The real meaning of Kung fu (Gongfu) is “human achievement”; Mastering an art or skill through hard work.  All you have to do to master your Gongfu is repeat it.  It may not become effortless for you, but it will become completely, or at least more natural.
